Selected MAA display equipment is available for short-term loans at no cost to MAA members. Available equipment includes display panels, lights, easels, and bins.

How to Borrow Items

1. As soon as possible, send an email with your request to the Equipment Loan Managers Jim Klumpner and Wendy Shaiu (maaequipment01@gmail.com). Attach the Rental Agreement to your email. Jim/Wendy will reply with availability of the equipment and coordinate a date for you to pick up.
2. You will need to bring a check for a deposit; make it out to MAA in the amount of $200. When you return the equipment in the same condition as borrowed, the check will be returned to you.
   
3. On the agreed date, you will meet Jim or Wendy at the storage facility in Kensington to pick up the items; and then return to the same place when you are done.
