Submit to "Member Happenings"

Members: Do you have art in a show? Win an award? Teaching a workshop or class? Participating in an event? Fill out the form for consideration for our "Member Happenings" newsletter and on social media.


Deadline: 15th of the month for publication on the 15th of the following month. To accommodate all submissions, we ask that you adhere to this deadline. If you miss the deadline, please consider resubmitting in the next month if that aligns with the timing of your events.


Instructions

  • If you have multiple activities, combine them into one submission. Do not submit multiple items.
  • Aim for 50-60 words.
  • Submit one photo. Our preference is an image of artwork or a place or a photo of you. Flyers don't work well because they publish too small to be read.
  • We do not publish notices of artwork having sold or advertise art to be sold. Member Happenings is mainly meant to announce one-time shows, events and workshops.
  • Because of the number of submissions we receive, we aren’t able to publish the same item multiple months in a row.
  • By providing a photo, you give us permission to publish it in our enewsletter and on Facebook/Instagram on your behalf. You also give permission to crop the photo if needed and edit or remove your submission.
