Sip, Rock n' Ride! reception and silent auction

Join MAA and the National Capital Trolley Museum
at the Sip, Rock 'n' Ride reception and silent auction! 

Bring your dancing shoes and sip a drink while enjoying local art and listening to the local band Melanie, Kurt & Will perform variety and dance music from the '50s to the present. Local breweries and wineries will be on hand too.

MAA artists will showcase their artwork from our Day of Painting and Drawing at the trolley museum, and all works will be for sale via silent auction. A portion of proceeds will go to support trolley maintenance and the museum.

This event is open to the public.

Admission: Admission is free for artists that participated in our Day of Painting and Drawing. (Be sure to wear your artist pin from the plein air day to get in).  

Guest admission is $10 ($8 for seniors and children 2-17).  

Admission includes entry, live music, and a trolley ride! Refreshments will be available for purchase.  Pre-purchase tickets here.

About the venue: The small nonprofit museum restores and operates historic street cars, trolleys, and trams from around the globe. in fact, it possesses the world's largest collection. Exhibits look at the history of street cars, and a one-mile track allows you to take a ride in some of the historic trolleys. More info: dctrolley.org
