Participants under the age of 18 are free. Parents /guardians are responsible for their children throughout this event.

Registration Open July 12 - August 30, 2019

En Plein Air - outdoor painting - during the Paint The Town Labor Day Show event is a special highlight. This activity is open to members, non-members and children. Pieces from this competition are judged for awards in two categories--Adult Plein Air and Childrens Plein Air.

Registration: Register here online or in person at the Kensington Armory on August 30 or 31.

Cost: The competition is free for MAA members in good standing and for children. Non-member adults pay $10 per person; the fee is payable here or in person at the show.

Competition Rules: Your canvas or paper must be stamped on Saturday, August 31. Doors open at 7 am for this purpose. You must return your artwork for judging and sale by 3 pm the same day. (Note: If you do not wish to mark your piece for sale, you may note "Not for Sale").
